These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website www.oknoni.com (“Website”) operated by OKNONI UK, a professional pet supplies specialist. By accessing our website, browsing our products, and placing any order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable UK consumer laws. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Introduction & Service Scope

OKNONI UK provides high-quality pet travel gear, pet mats, dog harnesses, and daily pet accessories for UK dog and cat owners. All products are shipped directly from China to the United Kingdom via international express delivery. Our online store only provides retail services for end consumers in the United Kingdom.

2. Order & Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods. We will send an order confirmation email after you complete payment. A legally binding contract between you and OKNONI UK is only formed once we issue a shipping confirmation notification.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing information, out-of-stock status, payment failure, suspected fraud, customs policy restrictions, or abnormal order behavior.

3. Pricing, VAT & Payment

All prices displayed on www.oknoni.com are in British Pounds (GBP).
All prices include 20% UK VAT. Free delivery across the entire United Kingdom.
No hidden fees or additional customs charges will be charged to customers. Payment must be completed in full before shipment. We support secure online payment methods. If any obvious pricing error occurs on the website, we have the right to correct the price or cancel the order with full refund provided.

4. Delivery Information

All goods are shipped directly from China to the UK via SF Express international shipping.
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 working days after dispatch.
Delivery covers mainland United Kingdom only. We do not currently deliver to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and UK overseas territories. Delivery time is an estimated timeframe and cannot be fully guaranteed due to customs inspection, courier delays, or force majeure events.
If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or customer refusal to receive, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

We comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
14-day cooling-off period: You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods for any reason without penalty.
For non-defective returns: Products must be unused, clean, unwashed, scratch-free, and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Please contact us with photo evidence within 48 hours after delivery. We provide free replacement or full refund, and we cover the return postage within 30 days after delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods, and will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Product Description & Compliance

All products sold on www.oknoni.com are designed for domestic pet daily use and pet travel scenarios. We try our best to ensure that pictures, sizes, and functional descriptions are accurate. Minor colour differences caused by screen display differences will not be regarded as product defects.
Products with built-in lithium batteries comply with international UN3481 shipping standards and meet UKCA certification requirements for UK sales.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, texts, images, designs, and content on www.oknoni.com are the intellectual property of OKNONI UK. No unauthorized copying, reproduction, commercial use, or distribution is allowed without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

In accordance with UK law, we are not liable for indirect losses, profit loss, or inconvenience caused by delivery delays, customs inspections, or third-party courier services. Our maximum liability for any single order will not exceed the total order amount paid by the customer.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for personal injury, death, or fraudulent conduct caused by our negligence.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to customs clearance delays, government policy changes, international logistics interruptions, extreme weather, strikes, and epidemic control measures.

10. Website Usage Rules

Users shall not use robots, crawlers, automated tools to scan, attack, or abuse our website. We reserve the right to restrict access for abnormal users.

11. Term Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page and take effect immediately after update.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
